"NACA" NOKOMIS AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION NOKOMIS, FLORIDA 34275 "Providing leadership and an organized voice to improve the quality of life in the Nokomis area of Sarasota County." The Nokomis Area Civic Association (NACA) is a collection of resident volunteers representing 38 Nokomis homeowner associations and unincorporated Nokomis areas for the purpose of promoting the general welfare and quality of life in Nokomis and Sarasota County.

On June 5, 2012 the Sarasota Board of County Commissioners voted to
sunset the Nokomis Revitalization Committee and hand the
"revitalization baton" to NACA. NACA gladly accepts this responsibility and Bruce Dillon will become the Chair of the NACA Revitalization Committee. We are presently seeking community individuals wishing to apply to join this very important NACA committee. Please contact President, John Ask, if you wish to apply or learn more. |
